How do I create an account?

You can create a free account directly here

Is Guideways free to use?

You can get started with Guideways for free on our Free tier. This allows you to experience the capabilities of our deeply specialised AI agents at no cost. The Free tier has limitations in features and weekly usage but is not limited in time.

What are the different pricing tiers, and what is included in each?

We offer flexible pricing plans to match your company size and needs.

The Starter and Pro tier are suitable for SMEs and provide access to Guideways for up to 5 devices and 25 seats. For larger organizations we provide customized Enterprise plans.

Do I have to commit to a subscription?

You can subscribe on a rolling monthly basis which allows you to terminate your subscription at any time. We do offer attractive discounts if you choose to subscribe for a 3 month or 12 month plan as well.

How do you purchase a subscription?

You can choose your plan and subscribe directly from within the application once logged-in. The Starter and Pro tiers available in self-serve are suitable for SMEs. If you’d like an enterprise account, please reach out to sales@guideways.ai.

How does Guideways handle my data?

Guideways is built to ensure strong data protection, confidentiality, and ownership.

Your data is encrypted and we enforce multi-factor authentication with strict access controls. All data is stored and processed in Europe on Amazon AWS, Google Vertex, or Microsoft Azure endpoints.

Who owns the data?

You retain full intellectual property rights to both the data you provide and the platform’s output generated specifically for you.

Critically, we do not use your data for training our AI models, nor do our compute suppliers. We may only use aggregated insights and feedback (e.g., usage patterns) for model improvement.

Where do the Agents get their information from?

Our AI agents use curated reference documents from authoritative sources such as official regulations (US Code Title 21, 21 CFR, EU MDR and IVDR, EU AI Act), FDA guidances and documents, MDCG guidances, documents from the EUDAMED database.

This represents a total of more than 1.5M documents that are used in our agent’s knowledge base and is kept up to date on a weekly basis.

Can I share a project or conversation?

Yes, there are multiple ways to share the output of the Guideways platform. 

You can share a specific Guideways pathway or review with other users in your company account by publishing it iin the application. This allows other users in your company account to import it and edit it further.

Alternatively, you can export a report of the pathway as a document. 

Do I need any regulatory expertise or technical skills experience to use this platform?

The platform is designed so both non-experts and experts can easily use it. 

Can I customize, edit, or tweak the AI's results after they are generated?

Yes. You can engage conversationally with the AI agents to provide any specific inputs that should be taken into account for your analysis.

Additionally, you can export the analysis as a report which is freely editable.
